Anti-Inflammatory Juice

One of my favorite juices during the healing period has been this combination of cabbage (either red or green), celery and peeled cucumber
This juice is one of the most potent disease killers since it’s anti-inflammatory, extremely alkalizing, it’s filled with tons of live enzymes and it’s extremely refreshing. Even though it does not taste like Jamba Juice (they use processed, sugary juice from concentrate to make their smoothies taste super sweet), your body eventually learns to crave it, since it’s so good for you! 
Best time to drink this juice: for breakfast or on a completely empty stomach and no less than 30 minutes before eating/drinking anything else.

This juice will not only help cleanse your system but it will also give your digestive system a “rest” from all the junk food you’ve put in it for so long. Make sure you drink it immediately after having made it, if not, you’ll lose its nutrients the more you keep it just sitting there without drinking it.

Ingredients
  1. Red or green cabbage. Chop a few "slices" of it.
  2. One to two medium sized cucumbers
  3. Half a bunch of celery
Instructions
  1. Wash your veggies
  2. Peel the cucumber.
  3. Cut the cabbage in "slices"
  4. Put everything in the juicer!
Notes
  1. Make sure the veggies are all organic, or try as much as possible. Celery MUST be organic. Cucumber can be non-organic, but make sure you peel it.
