Beets Juice

Beets are crunchy and almost have a similar texture and flavor to carrots. There’s plenty of reasons why you should add beets to your diet. Beet juice has been used in the past as a blood purifier and a liver cleanser. Beets are low in fat, rich in antioxidants and are loaded with Vitamin C! Beets also boost stamina and help your muscles use oxygen more effectively, therefore it’s great for athletes, or simply as a post-workout drink!

I have created a beet juice that’s super delicious and it’s really easy to make. You can drink it in the morning 30 minutes before eating breakfast or after working out.

Ingredients
  1. 1 medium beet
  2. 2 large carrots
  3. 1 grapefruit or orange
  4. 1 small piece of ginger root
  5. 2 medium apples
Instructions
  1. Wash your produce
  2. Peel apples and carrots
  3. Put all your produce in the juicer!
Notes
  1. Drink immediately to make sure you're not losing nutrients!
