Even though these brownies do not have any eggs or butter they still turned out so amazing that my non-vegan friend actually liked them. I like people being honest with me when giving me feedback about my vegan inventos lol
I promise you, you will not regret giving these fluffy beauties a try.
You might see a few unusual ingredients here and there, but that just makes our brownie-obsession situation a lot better, since you don’t have to feel guilty about eating them!
*Sugar content will highly depend on what kind of sweetener your use and the amount you use.

Oatmeal Brownies
These brownies are:
100% Vegan
Oil-Free
Loaded with protein and fiber
Only 7 ingredients
Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup cacao powder
2 tbsp chia seeds, previously soaked in 1/3 cup almond milk for a few hours
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup (or more to taste; you can also use other type of healthy sweeteners)
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Blend all ingredients (except cocoa powder and cacao powder) in a high speed blender.
- Add mix to bow and add cocoa and cacao powders in ¼ cup increments, whisking until smooth.
- Pour mix on lined baking dish and put inside oven.
- Bake for 30-60 minutes. Mine took 60 minutes (1 hour) but results may vary from oven to oven. To see if they are done, poke the mix with a fork or knife. If it comes out clean, then the brownies are ready.
