Chia Pancakes

I think I’m obsessed with pancakes. However, I think this is my best recipe for pancakes yet! These pancakes are incredibly healthy since they’re loaded with protein and FIBER! There’s no need for eggs (or even oil!) to create amazing pancakes! And they really taste amazing, what can I say, and they are very quick to make as well. Perfect for a busy morning!

Ingredients
  1. Chia seeds (soak in almond milk for at least 8 hours - 1 tablespoon Chia seed mixed with half a cup almond milk)
  2. 1 cup gluten free flour
  3. 5 tablespoons Chia seed/almond milk mix that you prepared earlier
  4. 1 mashed banana
  5. 1 tablespoon almond butter
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl very well, then pour 1/4 cup of batter into HOT non-stick pan. Cook a little bit higher than MEDIUM heat for 30-45 seconds on each side!
  2. ENJOY!
