There is a special place in my heart for the people who run Miyoko’s Kitchen. Their vegan Fresh Mozarella Cheese is to die for! And I’m definitely not exaggerating. Out of all the vegan cheeses that I have tried, this is hands down the best. They would normally have this cheese at Whole Foods, or you can click HERE to search for a retailer that has them near you. I adventured myself into making some pizza that I wouldn’t feel as guilty to eat. I went to Whole Foods and found some gluten-free vegan dough, pizza sauce, basil and Miyoko’s vegan mozarella. It wasn’t hard at all to make the pizza, despite the fact that it was my very first time making homemade pizza.
The pizza turned out great! All I had to do was flatten out the dough using GF flour, add the sauce on top, add my vegan cheese and sprinkle some basil. I ended up not adding garlic haha So take a close look, and notice that the vegan mozarella melted, and made the pizza look irresistible! I’m having a hard time typing this since I took these photos a couple of days ago and obviously there’s none left!
