Vegan Ranch

The last couple of days have been insane. I started a new role as a Shift Manager and have been extremely busy on a daily basis, trying to juggle everything from training my new team of coaches, to new hire orientations and meetings with Operations management.

I could have easily stayed in my comfort zone as a translator who did not have any responsibilities other than to translate, but I simply was not happy. I wanted to be trusted with more responsibilities and wanted to show that I am capable of doing bigger and better things. Still, change is extremely scary and stepping out your comfort zone is undeniably overwhelming but brings some sort of satisfaction at the end that nobody can ever take away from you.

Vegan Ranch

Today, I am bringing you the recipe for VEGAN RANCH that will taste delicious with raw or steamed veggies, in an arepa, or as a spread on bread, tortilla, or pita; the combination options are endless!

This vegan ranch is made with cashews and a few other ingredients that will make any meal taste hearty and delicious.

It is creamy, flavorful and it will be hard to believe it does not contain any animal products!

There’s no need to eat boring food when you are on a vegan lifestyle.

All you need is to open your mind to the possibilities that can be created sans animal cruelty.
