Do not forget that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Skipping breakfast is a terrible idea. I skipped breakfast for years and as a result I developed galstones. Yes, those are very annoying and extremely painful. After that incident and after removing the galstones naturally without surgery, I never skipped breakfast again. I will create a post explaining the different outcomes that humans can have if a proper breakfast is not consumed.
